Dr. Ria Patel was born in Leicester, England and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She now calls Dallas, Texas home, where she lives with her husband.
She earned her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University, completed a Master’s degree in Nutrition at Columbia University, and received her dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry, where she was honored with the Silverman Deans Award for excellence in clinical care.
Dr. Patel believes great dentistry begins with trust and comfort. She is committed to making dental care accessible and to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their oral health decisions.
Outside the office, Dr. Patel enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and cooking for family and friends.
Dr. Karen Blum has been practicing dentistry in Dallas since 1987. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry /Texas A&M and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She is also a graduate of the Greenhill School.
Specializing in restorative and cosmetic dentistry for over 35 years, Dr. Blum is committed to providing a superior level of dental care to her patients.
Dr. Blum’s interests include cycling, running, hiking and yoga. You may also see her participating in various cycling and running events to raise money for several different charitable organizations. She has a love for animals, supports the SPCA, Operation Kindness and promotes pet rescue adoption.
